My kids love the soccer ⚽️ program. They're even out here in the rain 🌧.

One of the few places that help moms and babies. Their help comes in forms of yoga classes, free diapers, affordable veggies and others. They are trying to build a community, a help network in NYC and that's gold.

Seeds in the Middle is an excellent community organization. I went there while I was pregnant and with my baby to do yoga and Pilates and I received free fresh produce and diapers. They also do community baby showers and other community events. Staff is very kind and helpful. I definitely will come again.

Seeds in the Middle is truly a blessing to the community. I had the honor of participating in one of their events as a Full-Spectrum Doula with Breathe, Embrace & Nurture, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. They are doing real, hands-on work to address food insecurity by providing fresh, affordable produce to families. What stood out most was how they involve students in giving back, creating a powerful cycle of community support and education. Their events go beyond foodβ€”they provide resources, giveaways, and support for prenatal and postnatal moms, including infant clothing and essential items. They are truly connecting people to services, uplifting low-income families, and meeting real needs with care and intention. The atmosphere was welcoming, organized, and filled with genuine love for the community. Spaces like this are needed, and Seeds in the Middle is leading by example. I’m grateful to have been part of such a meaningful event and look forward to continuing to support and collaborate in the future.
